Bolo de coco

Rápido, fácil, sem glúten:

3 ovos,

1 lata de leite condensado,

100g de coco ralado,

1 colher de chá de fermento em pó.

Bata tudo no liquidificador e coloque numa forma pequena e leve ao forno a 180C por 25 minutinhos.
